Best advise someone could've given me a year ago. Think clear and apologize for everything that went wrong even if its not your fault. If you truly love her and you leave her alone heartbroken just as you are, you will think about ist anytime from now on and you will not get a chance to explain yourself the way you want. If the contact disappears you will always ask yourself how she is without wanting to ask her becausw she could've moved on and you would just remind and hurt her. I just apologized to my ex a year after our breakup and contactloss and it destroyed me but I can move onwards now.

It can really kill you. Had to break off my enement 4 years ago. Took me more than a year to get over it. Especially being the “bad guy”in that story. Give it time: life is not a straight line, it has its mountains and valleys and right now you’re in a valley. But there will be a day you’ll be proud of climbing out of of it on your own and you’ll look towards the experience of today as just another life lesson to shape the person that you are. Right now: start taking care of yourself and try to start loving yourself again without the need for someone else to do that for you. It’s not easy but it can be just as simple as making your home cosy just for yourself. Eventually, you’ll end up way stronger ánd more attractive to others.
